There are two options to support the Swagtastic Virtual Races.
Option 1: Samples for Swag Box
We ask you to provide 200 samples. You are welcome to send more than one kind of product; we just ask for either 200 pieces total, or 200 of each type of product. Samples should be gender-neutral and should be for persons age 18 and older.We welcome: product samples; race flyers with discount codes; promotional items such as magnets, office items, trinkets, etc.; product coupons; etc.
Product samples must be delivered by October 1st. You can start shipping samples September 1st. Samples should have an expiration date beyond December 31st 2015 so participants have a chance to try them.
Option 2: Raffle Prizes
All race participants that submit their race finish times will be entered in a drawing for prizes. We welcome donations of products, gift certificates, or gift baskets/assortments to offer as prizes.Please contact us at sponsors@swagtasticrace.com for mailing information.
